What Is the Server IP

I really apologize for this and it's probably obvious what the answer is, but i'm just oblivious to things around me. It has been almost a year and a half since I have been on the server or even played Minecraft (due to personal issues) I used to be a big part (not really) of the community, and I would like to rejoin it. So if you could answer the above question, that'd be great. Thanks for any help!
